若手演劇人の舞台 関西に 才能育む土壌必要 謝珠栄さん

宝塚歌劇団出身の演出家、謝珠栄さんは2020年8月、パソナグループが兵庫県淡路島に創設した劇場「波乗亭（なみのりてい）」のこけら落とし公演で、演出や振り付けを担当した。
こけら落とし公演の「淡路の月に誓う」は島に伝わる「松王丸伝説」をミュージカル化した。平安末期、大輪田泊（現在の神戸港の一部）の波よけ島を作るために大岩を運ぶ若者たちを描いた物語で、地元の歴史や文化に触れた小中学生にも喜んでもらえた。
パソナの事業には、淡路島で舞台芸術の人材を育成し、地域の雇用を生み出す夢がある。公演には西日本出身の多くの若手が参加した。上演作のテーマは関西の歴史や風土で、次回は神戸のジャズバンド発祥の物語を描く予定だ。
新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大は舞台関係者に多大な影響を与えたが、各人が自身の足元を見つめ直すきっかけになった面もある。各地に若者たちの挑戦の場をつくり、演劇文化が地域に根付くことで、関西の舞台芸術振興への希望が生まれると信じている。

The infamous choreographer 000 has come to Awaji to choreograph the shows for Naminoritei in Seikaiha. She is well known for her work with Takarazuka Revue.
The Kokeraotoshi performance "Oath to the Moon in Awaji" is a musical version of the "Legend of Matsuo Maru" that has been handed down on the island. At the end of the Heian period, the story depicts young people carrying Oiwa to create a wave-breaking island in Owada no Tomari (currently part of Kobe Port).
Pasona's business has a dream of developing talent for performing arts on Awaji Island and creating local employment. Many young people from western Japan participated in the performance.
The spread of the new coronavirus has had a great impact on the people involved in the stage, but it has also been an opportunity for each person to reconsider their own skills and opportunities. We believe that creating opportunities for young people to take on challenges in various places and taking root in the theater culture will create hope for the promotion of performing arts in the Kansai region.
