Car share in Awaji
Pasona Group is for employees to commute to work
We have introduced a shuttle bus and car sharing system!
[Rules for using shared cars]
To all car sharing users
We ask that you once again recognize that company cars are "company assets" and operate the shared car system appropriately, paying attention to the following points.
Reserve a shared car for the minimum amount of time necessary , and return it promptly when you no longer need it
When work requires making a reservation that spans multiple days and taking the vehicle home, etc., secure an appropriate parking space and have your supervisor confirm (and approve) this.
If there are special circumstances that require the vehicle to be used for a long period of time, obtain approval from your supervisor.
If the gasoline level is less than half when you use the car, you must fill up the tank and then return it.
When using a vehicle outside the island, obtain approval from your supervisor and report this to the vehicle manager by email (including your supervisor).
Before using a shared car, check the vehicle for any scratches or other damage. If there are any scratches, report them.
Where it most commonly occurs
As a general rule, it is not possible to use the service across multiple days, so it cannot be used to commute between your home and workplace.
If it is unavoidable to take the vehicle home etc., your supervisor must check (and give consent for) the parking space etc.
If there are special circumstances requiring long-term use, approval from your supervisor is required .
Company cars (including shared cars) are company assets and can be used for business purposes. They cannot be used for personal purposes.
And if an accident does occur, contact the police, risk management, and your insurance company immediately.
No one causes an accident on purpose, but it is important to be aware of how to deal with it properly.
In addition, unfortunately, the trash from the use of the facility and unnecessary pamphlets produced by the department are not thrown away.
Some people return their vehicles with items still loaded. Please remove all items before returning the vehicle.
We ask for your cooperation in operating the car share service correctly.
*Please note that the car sharing system is owned by Toyota and it is possible to make reservations for more than one consecutive day. Please do not make reservations that span multiple days.

■ Even though I haven't been drinking, the readings are high.
Even if you are not drinking alcohol, due to the nature of the device,
High values (0.15 mg/L or higher) may be obtained.
In that case, it will be displayed after you blow on it.
On the confirmation screen, please press "Reject" (see Photo 1).
Please perform the test again .

■ I keep getting errors even though I'm blowing on it
Cause 1) You are not blowing on the correct spot
→ Lower the lid with the "swirl" mark on the device ,
Blow into the hole on the top of the lid .
Cause 2) The timing of the breath is off.
→ While the beeping sound is playing
(While the countdown is playing on your device screen),
You need to blow on it until you hear a clicking sound .
■ The inspection machine and app can no longer be linked
Cause ①) The maximum number of devices that can be registered to AsaRepo is 5. Therefore, if you have reached the limit, you will need to delete the registered devices.
Therefore, if you slide the list of devices to the left on the "Device Management Screen" as shown in the attached image (see Photo 2), a trash can icon will appear and you will be able to delete the device and register a new one.
Cause 2) The Bluetooth setting of the AsaRepo app is turned off.
Without opening the Asa Report app,
Settings → Scroll down → Select the Asa Report app from the list of apps. On the app settings screen, please check that [Bluetooth] is turned on. Please try again after turning it on.

■ The device does not turn on or malfunctions
Cause ①) Complete end of life/time to replace
→Please contact our vehicle manager. We will exchange it for you.
Cause 2) The device was left in the car with the device removed from the water bottle.
Test results for devices left in high temperature conditions
Not well implemented
→In the summer, devices are prone to malfunction due to temperature.
Measures for detecting abnormal values
Due to the nature of the device, even if you have not been drinking,
High values (0.15 mg/L or higher) may be detected.
There are two ways to avoid this:
① If you extend the "warm up" time of the inspection machine to 10 to 20 seconds,
It may become difficult to detect abnormal values.
Please check here for details on how to extend your period.
②There are other substances besides alcohol that are easily reactive .
If you rinse your mouth beforehand or wait a while, it may be harder to detect abnormal values.
For more information on reactive substances and foods, please see below.
