PASONA Car Lease Support
Pasona Group has begun this service as the diversification of work styles and the number of people who has to commute by car has increased. This includes Awaji Island.
In these areas, there are some areas where public transportation is not well developed.
In those cases, cars are necessary for commuting and business travel.
The Pasona Group has also sought to expand commuting buses and company cars.
Following the transfer of headquarters functions,
To reduce the burden on those who work in these areas,
and to for a more flexible and effective business movement we will provide this service so you can can work with peace of mind for a long period of time.
On this occasion,
We will start a subsidy system for leasing privately owned vehicles.
Private Leasing
Those who meet the following two conditions can purchase car leasing products specified by the company.
If you contract in your own name, the company will assist you.
■ Conditions:
① Those who have been transferred to Awaji Island due to a business order
(2) Those who are employed in multiple offices and stores on the island
and need to travel by car.
■ Subsidy: 70% of the monthly amount for hybrid vehicles
* The maximum amount of subsidy is 45,000 yen per month.
* The subsidy amount will be paid by the department to which you belong.
■ Subsidy period: Continued subsidy during the 3-year car leasing contract period .
* You can receive assistance for a total of 5 years. Please refer to Q & A for details.
■ Target companies: Pasona Group, Pasona, Pasona Tech
■ Target vehicle type: Designated by the company. For details, please refer to the PDF about the personal car leasing subsidy system.
■How to apply: The application process requires two steps.
Advance application: Please submit the "Advance Application Form" and "Pledge Form" before applying for a car lease contract.
We will check whether the vehicle model, period, lease format, etc. meet the regulations.
Once your "Advance Application Form" has been approved by the admin/HR, you can sign the lease.
A car lease contract will be made before the approval of the "Pre-application Form" is confirmed.
Please note that if your advance application is not approved, you will not receive any assistance from the company.
Final application: After the lease contract is signed and the vehicle is delivered, please submit this "final application".
After your application is approved, assistance will begin the following month.

Q 1: Can anyone apply?

No, not everyone can get assistance.
This applies to employees who work on Awaji Island and who work at multiple facilities and stores on the island by business order.
Q 2: When can I apply?

You can apply after February 2021.
Q 3: Why are there restrictions on the target models?
A 3:
The vehicle is suitable for commuting and business use, and is selected from the viewpoint of high safety so that the lives of employees can be saved even in the unlikely event of an accident.
By unifying the contact information from Pasona employees to the manufacturer, the "Pasona Group Discount" will be reflected.
You can get a better deal than a regular lease.
Q 4: Is it only for Toyota?

At this stage, only Toyota cars are eligible.
Q 5: Is it OK to make any lease?

Subsidies are provided for car leasing products designated by the company, including vehicle bodies and accessories, and leasing products contracted in the form of a finance lease for voluntary insurance. There is no assistance for the maintenance part, but please be sure to contract the maintenance pack yourself.
If you do not have a separate maintenance pack contract, you will not be able to start assistance.
The lease term is "3 years (36 months)".

Q 7: At the time of contract, can I customize accessories and options to my liking?

The necessary accessories are defined for each model and are referred to as the "Pasona Plan".
There is no assistance for accessories and options beyond the "Pasona Plan",
Please add the one you like and pay for it yourself.
Q 8: Why does the estimated lease amount vary from person to person?

This is because the amount of voluntary insurance is different. Voluntary insurance includes driving history and license grade,
It depends on your age.
The total lease amount will change accordingly.
Q 9: How soon will the car be delivered after the car leasing contract?

It seems to vary from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on the car model.
When you get a quote, please check with the sales person in charge about the estimated period from contract to delivery.
Q 10: How will the subsidy be transferred?

We will pay the monthly salary with the subsidy added.
Q 11: What happens if I move?

Subsidies from the company will be discontinued. If the company orders you to move and you do not need a car at your new location, the Pasona Group will take over the lease contract as a corporation. (If you want to let go of your car, you don't have to pay a premature termination penalty for the lease.)
