パソナＧ本社機能移転、進展は？ 常務執行役員に聞く

総合人材サービスのパソナグループが東京から兵庫県淡路島への本社機能移転計画を発表して２カ月がたった。２０２４年５月末までに、人事や総務など管理部門社員約１２００人が島内に移る注目の計画はいま、どのように進んでいるのか。今年３月に東京から淡路市に移り住み、社員の住まいや仕事場、福利厚生など総務部門を束ねる担当役員、大日向（おおひなた）由香里・常務執行役員に聞いた。

It has been two months since Pasona Group has moved its headquarters from Tokyo to Awaji Island. The goal is to move 1,200 employees to the island by the end of May 2024. We interviewed the Managing Executive Officer Yukari Ohinata for a follow up on the progress till now.
