パソナグループでは､淡路への本社機能一部移転を発表して以来、 淡路島に移住する社員家族のため、淡路島での幼児教育により一層力を入れています。 パソナグループが運営する淡路島のインターナショナル森のようちえん 『Awaji Kids Garden』（以下AKG）は、開設以来口コミで評判が広がり、 今では社内外問わず教育への関心が高いママ達から高い支持を得ています。 今回は、そんなAKGが11月14日に新たにスタートしたイベント「AKG Farm」 について、実際に参加した子ども達や保護者の様子と共に紹介いたします。 Awaji Kids Gardenは、淡路島の大自然の中で、英語を楽しみながら国際感覚や 好奇心を育てる幼児教育プロジェクトです。 今回ご紹介する新たな取り組み「AKG Farm」は、 「日常の中でいのちと食の循環を体感する」をテーマに、 外国人スタッフと共に、淡路島の農地を活用した野菜の栽培や、たき火料理などの 自然体験を通じて英語への意欲を伸ばしつつ、人種や言語の違いを超えた柔軟な 国際感覚を育むことを目的としています。

Since announcing the partial relocation of head office functions to Awaji, the Pasona Group has been putting more effort into early childhood education for the families of employees relocating to Awaji Island.
Awaji Island's International Forest Kindergarten "Awaji Kids Garden" (AKG), run by Pasona Group, has become popular through word of mouth since its opening, and is now strongly supported by moms both inside and outside the company who are very interested in education.
In this article we profile a new event called "AKG Farm" started by AKG on November 14th, as well as the children and parents who participated.
Awaji Kids Garden is an early childhood education project aiming to deepen international awareness and spark curiosity among children while they have fun with English amid the natural beauty of Awaji Island.
This time, the new initiative AKG Farm created an event with the theme of "The Cycle of Life and Food in Everyday Life," where participants together with foreign staff join activities in nature such as growing vegetables on Awaji Island farmland, or cooking dishes over bonfires, to foster an open, flexible international sense transcending race or language differences while increasing motivation to study English.
