In Japan, many companies are now promoting the utilization of diverse human resources aiming for an environment where new ideas can be easily created and a work environment where individuals can work comfortably.

Since the opening of the Hong Kong office in 1984, Pasona Group has established 58 offices and employed local staff across 14 countries and regions.

This year, the company has set up a global recruitment department to take on the role of "International HUB", one of the initiatives on Awaji Island Thanks to this, we now have many global human resources joining us from various countries and regions from around the world.

The "Aha! Moments" video series were started to allow employees to deepen their understanding of Pasona Group’s mission and its efforts through learning about different values and ways of thinking, as well as various cultures and backgrounds.

For the first shoot of this series, we are interviewing Maddison Ryan (Maddy),

who is from Australia and currently works in Awaji.

Maddy is mainly in charge of corresponding with overseas media, and promotion through web and social media as part of Pasona Group’s PR department.

What are her Aha moments with "報・連・相 Ho-Ren-So (Report, Inform, Consult)"!?

The Global Recruiting Unit will be releasing more videos covering a range of themes soon, so please look forward to more!
