パソナ、淡路島に新オフィス 社員１００人、５日から使用

東京から淡路島への本社機能移転を進める総合人材サービスのパソナグループが、淡路市内に新オフィスを構えることが２日、分かった。社員約１００人が働くことができ、５日から本格的に使う。島内のオフィスは淡路市夢舞台の複合施設などにあり、３カ所目。子育て中の社員が子どもと一緒に働けるよう工夫されており、社員の子ども向けにスポーツや音楽、語学教室なども開く。
同グループによると、同市久留麻、７階建てマンションの１階約１６００平方メートルを使う。かつてスーパーが入っていた場所で、賃貸契約を結んだ。
オフィスは３区画に分かれており、うち２区画は「パソナファミリーオフィス」の位置付け。社員が子連れで仕事ができるよう、子どもが遊べるスペースを用意した。ベビーベッドや授乳室もある。社員の子どもがバレエや空手、ダンス、ピアノや語学を無料で習えるという。
同グループは働き方改革や災害時への備えなどのため、９月から段階的に本社機能の移転を進める。２０２４年５月末までに社員約１２００人が新たに島内で働く計画で、９月以降に約８０人が移ったという。今後も淡路市内に数カ所、オフィスを設ける予定にしている。
New office for Pasona employees in Awaji Island
A new Pasona office has opened in Awaji Island. This space is meant to hold approximately 100 employees. The aim of the office is to provide an office space for employees with children. It is devised to be a convenient space for employees who are raising children to work while their children are learning sports, ballet, and music. Pasona Group wishes to move all their employees permanently to Awaji Island by the end of May 2024.
